Guided by compassionate expert clinicians, this course offers a nurturing space to understand the rhythms of your body, the shifts in your hormones, and the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit during this transformative time.
More than just a class, this course offers the opportunity to step into a new chapter of life with a sense of empowerment, well-being, and spiritual alignment, free from fear and confusion.

A deeper look into how your hormones are changing and what it means for you. Learn the latest research on Hormone Therapy and how it can assist you through this transition.

With Dr. Heather Akins, Pelvic Floor P.T.
The Power of Physical Fitness and Pelvic Health: Staying active can significantly boost your strength, energy, and balance, especially during menopause. Embrace simple exercises that nurture your body while prioritizing your pelvic health. Use gentle strategies to address common changes like incontinence and vaginal dryness for a more comfortable transition.

Therapeutic Pain Specialist & Yoga Therapist
Learn to nurture your nervous system and manage your changing mood with compassion, Menopause is a spiritual journey as well as a physical one. We will explore strategies to stay balanced and connected and provide you a direct experience of how meditation, breath work, and yoga can help you move through this transition with grace.

Heather Akins PT, DPT
As a licensed physical therapist with a foundation in orthopedics, Heather's professional path was influenced by her own personal birth experience. This pivotal moment inspired her to specialize in pelvic health, driven by a deep passion for empowering individuals to feel grounded and confident in their bodies as they navigate life’s transitions.Heather takes a transformative 'bottom-up' approach to care, focusing on how the physical body reflects deeper patterns and manifestations.

OB/GYN, Physician
Heidi Arbona, MD
Heidi enjoys all facets of OB/GYN. She focuses on wellness, addressing the physical, mental, and emotional components of health. She enjoys adolescent medicine, helping women navigate the peri-menopause transition, and still finds birth to be beautiful and amazing! Everyday she continues to learn from her patients and is challenged and inspired by the women and patients for whom she cares.

Occupational Therapist/Pain Specialist
Brooke Cannoot, MS OTR/L, TPS
Brooke is an Occupational Therapist specialized in both mental health and therapeutic pain, and is a healer trained in alternative modalities including yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and energy healing. Brooke recognizes that for physical symptoms to be well managed, healing must occur on the mental/emotional and soul level through, and by, a well regulated nervous system.
