Service Description

Pregnancy and birth are personal and unique. Together with Brooke and Heather, we will develop an individual birth preparation journey to meet your needs. This is one on one experience is particularly powerful for those who are experiencing unique challenges and concerns including pelvic pain, pelvic health disorders, PTSD, anxiety, and/or depression. These private sessions also provide an opportunity to develop a deep spiritual connection with your baby and your partner during this transformative moment in your life.
